通过分析川西致密砂岩气藏及川东北碳酸盐岩气藏在完井工程所面临的技术难题,总结近年来的科研攻关成果和实践经验,获得了川西及川东北气田完井的技术思路。针对川西中浅层多层系、单井产能低、部分地区压裂施工难等问题,形成了多层压裂、低伤害大型压裂、定向射孔等中浅层压裂完井投产技术;针对川西深层裂缝性气藏勘探开发程度低导致完井存在较大风险以及裂缝性储层保护等问题,形成了裂缝性气藏动态完井与储层保护改造技术;针对川东北高温高压含腐蚀介质气藏,形成了以地面安全控制、射孔—酸化—测试联作、完井管柱优化为核心的高温高压含腐蚀介质气井完井测试技术。
By analyzing the technical difficulties in the completion engineering of the tight sandstone gas reservoirs in Sichuan Province and the carbonate gas reservoirs in northeastern Sichuan, and summarizing the scientific research results and practical experiences in recent years, the technical ideas of gas well completion in western Sichuan and northeastern Sichuan are obtained. In view of the middle-shallow multi-layer system in western Sichuan, single-well productivity is low and fracturing construction is difficult in some areas, multi-layer fracturing, low-damage large-scale fracturing and directional perforating are put into operation. In view of the low completion of exploration and development and the protection of fractured reservoirs due to the low level of exploration and development in deep-seated gas reservoirs in western Sichuan, the dynamic well completion and reservoir protection technologies for fractured gas reservoirs have been formed. Gas reservoirs, a gas well completion test technology with high temperature and high pressure containing corrosive media has been formed with ground safety control, perforation-acidification-test linkage, and completion string optimization as the core.
