目的:总结口腔科门诊医院感染的主要原因,并提出相应对策,以降低医院感染的发生率,提高患者满意度。方法:对浙江省桐乡市中医医院口腔科门诊2013~2015年的500例患者进行统计,分析发生院内感染的原因,探讨和制定预防院内感染发生的对策,由科室主任领导的监督小组实施监督。结果:院内感染发生的主要原因有感染管理制度不完善、医务人员防范意识薄弱、环境污染、口腔器械污染、医务人员手部污染、医疗垃圾处理不规范等,制定的对策有完善口腔科门诊规章制度、操作流程规范化、提高医务人员对院内感染的重视程度、加强对医务人员的培训、注意对门诊环境及口腔器械的消毒处理、加强对医疗垃圾的规范化处理等。结论:有效降低了医院感染的发生,提高了整体医疗质量。
Objective: To summarize the main causes of nosocomial infection in dentistry clinics and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and improve patient satisfaction. Methods: 500 patients from 2013 to 2015 in Tongxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province were analyzed. The causes of nosocomial infections were analyzed, and the countermeasures to prevent nosocomial infections were discussed. The supervision team under the leadership of the director of department was supervised. Results: The main causes of nosocomial infection were imperfect infection management system, weak awareness of medical personnel, environmental pollution, dental equipment contamination, hand contamination of medical staff and irregular treatment of medical waste. The countermeasures were as follows: Systems and operational procedures to standardize the medical staff to increase the degree of attention to nosocomial infections, strengthen the training of medical personnel, pay attention to the out-patient environment and oral equipment disinfection, strengthen the standardization of medical waste treatment. Conclusion: Effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections and improve the overall quality of medical care.
