干旱胁迫对药用植物的生长发育﹑生理生化以及次生代谢具有显著的影响,它能够抑制药用植物的生长发育,但是会促进其分泌次生代谢产物。同时研究还发现药用植物能够利用ABA信号途径和分泌渗透物质来应答干旱胁迫,减少胁迫所带来的危害。该文综述了药用植物在干旱胁迫下的生长﹑生理生化变化﹑次生代谢和应答机制,以期为研究药用植物和干旱胁迫的关系提供参考。
Drought stress has a significant effect on the growth, physiology, biochemistry and secondary metabolism of medicinal plants. It can inhibit the growth and development of medicinal plants, but it will promote the secretion of secondary metabolites. At the same time, the study also found that medicinal plants can use ABA signaling pathway and secretion of osmotic substances to respond to drought stress and reduce the harm caused by stress. In this paper, the growth, physiological and biochemical changes, secondary metabolism and response mechanisms of medicinal plants under drought stress were reviewed in order to provide references for the study on the relationship between medicinal plants and drought stress.
