运用改良的 B_5、MS、KU、NT、1/2 MS 培养基,从当归[Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels]的根、叶片、叶柄、子叶、下胚轴等器官诱导愈伤组织和植株再生。试验证明:1.根的愈伤组织产生最快,生长旺盛,分化率高;2.植物激素在愈伤组织诱导和分化中起主导作用,且细胞分裂素(6-BA)与生长素(2,4-D,NAA)的适当配合有增效作用;3.培养基的种类对愈伤组织诱导和继代培养的影响差别不大,而对分化率有明显的影响,其中以改良的 B_5和 MS 培养基较好;4.由胚状体和愈伤组织分化芽。
Callus and plant regeneration were induced from organs such as roots, leaves, petioles, cotyledons and hypocotyls of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels using modified B_5, MS, KU, NT and ½ MS media. . The results showed that: 1. The root callus produced the fastest, the growth was vigorous, the differentiation rate was high; 2. The plant hormone played a leading role in the callus induction and differentiation, and the cytokinin (6-BA) 2,4-D, NAA) synergistic effect; 3. The type of medium on callus induction and subculture did not differ much, but had a significant impact on the rate of differentiation, which improved B_5 and MS medium better; 4 from the embryoid body and callus differentiation buds.
