质量控制是施工项目的目标控制之一。为进行施工项目的质量控制,企业应建立完善的质量体系,运用技术管理方法,做好材料试验和施工试验工作,积累工程施工技术资料,按质量检验评定的标准做好质量检验和质量等级评定工作,接受质量监督和建设监理,有针对性地适当选用数理统计方法和图表方法等。本文提出了各种质量控制方法的应用范围和要点。
Quality control is one of the target controls for construction projects. In order to carry out quality control of construction projects, enterprises should establish a sound quality system, apply technology management methods, do a good job of material testing and construction test work, accumulate engineering construction technical data, do quality inspection and quality rating according to the standards of quality inspection and assessment. Work, receive quality supervision and construction supervision, and appropriately select mathematical statistics methods and chart methods. This paper proposes the scope and points of application of various quality control methods.
