我校是在去年12月经市、县委决定试办的一所半耕半读师范学校,招收初中毕业生,学习四年,培养目标是:具有社会主义觉悟,达到三个中等水平(这三个中等水平是:(1) 普通高中文化科学基础知识水平;(2) 中级师范教育专业的理论、技能水平;(3) 中级农业技术学校的生产技术操作水平)的能文能武、能上能下、新型的小学师资。按照这个培养目标,在整个教学工作和劳动的安排上与全日制师范学校大不相同。学生在校四年,基本上是一半时间劳动,一半时间学习,平时每周按2∶4∶1安排(集中两天劳动,四天学习,星期日休息);全年农忙劳动两个月,教师半耕半教,跟班劳动。关于我校教学课程的设置情况。根据学校性质、学制年限、培养目标,我校数学课程的设置是这样的:将代数、立体几何、平面三角合并
