The subjects were 315 primary school students, 174 males and 141 females. Inquire about the history of deafness and the history of fireworks for ENT examination and hearing test. A total of 32 cases of hearing impairment were found, with a prevalence of 10.2%. Among them, 23 cases were acoustic injury, 43 ears, accounting for 71.9% of hearing impairment. 20 males and 3 females, male: female = 6.7: 1. No special rules for age distribution. This group of cases of acoustic damage caused by firecrackers to consider the diagnosis: ① patients have a typical high-frequency “V” -type decline curve. ② All have a history of firecrackers, of which 69.6% blasting a large number of more than three years a year to enlarge the small cannon in more than 200, of which the sound level greater intensity of 20 or more. ③
