税源是税收的基础,税源管理是税收征管的核心。为进一步规范管理流程,防范税收风险,提高纳税遵从度,促进税收持续稳定协调发展,徐州地税局借鉴风险管理理念,在全省率先构建起税源专业化管理新模式,初步实现了税务管理由经验判断型向数据分析型、由粗放型向集约型、由业务驱动型向流程驱动型的转变,对纳税人进行科学、专业、系统的服务与管理,有效提升了税收管理效率。
