In 1991, Quantum Computer was officially changed to AOL to provide users with information and services that other companies could not provide at a reasonable fee. Less than 150,000 users at that time, the annual income is about 20 million US dollars, profits are minimal. Today, America rules the market online. It has 22 million users, among the S & P 500 index, with a market capitalization of over 250 billion U.S. dollars, 1999 revenues of 4.7 billion U.S. dollars and profits of 7.62 U.S. dollars. After the acquisition of Time Warner, AOL became a media empire with operations covering film, publishing, record and cable networks. AOL can achieve such a result, mainly because of its successful corporate strategy. AOL’s corporate design has gone through several different phases, but it has always focused on one center
