科技馆在提高国民科学文化素质方面不可或缺的作用逐年来被科普实施过程一一印证,而科技馆的建设近些年来也被国家和各级地方政府所重视甚至作为重点建设工程。环境保护是当前国际的迫切和热门课题。大量的理论和事实证明,将环境理念和环境工程应用于科技馆建设过程,将非常有利于我国科普事业的健康发展和国民环保意识的建立和提高。
