Ankylosed teeth are rarely seen in clinical alveolar bone and cementum (or dentin) adhesions, the lack of basic physiological mobility of a tooth ~ (1). The cause of the disease is not yet clear, mostly in deciduous teeth (the incidence of 1.5% to 9.9%), the incidence of permanent teeth only deciduous teeth 1/10 ~ ([2]). Multiple root permanent adhesions are even more rare, and generally occur in the posterior area ~ ([2-3]), the anterior tooth area of the root bone adhesion has not been reported. I encountered in orthodontic clinical cases of anterior teeth into a group of teeth root adhesions, teeth can not move the case. Are reported below, combined with the literature to discuss.
