随着城市轨道交通的迅猛发展,对相关轨道专业的技能人才需求也与日俱增。按照长春市轨道交通发展规划:至2050年,长春市将完成由7条线路组成的放射式线网,其中5条放射线、2条半环线,中心城区线网密度为0.38公里/平方公里;核心城区线网密度为1.18公里/平方公里,运营里程达256.9公里。与城市形态结构与发展方向相吻合。形成以轨道交通为骨干的交通体系。对相关中职学校而言这既是难得的机遇,同时也面临着巨大的挑战。现阶段培养出来的学生已远不能适应城市轨道交通的发展及企业用工的需求,因此,现有的中职学校轨道车辆运用与检修专业的教学必须进行相应的改革。
