在新时期下,培养技能型和实用性的人才以及高素质的专业人员是我国院校培养人才的目标,数学这门学科是院校的文化基础课之一,在为院校培养人才上起到了重要的作用。在院校中的不同专业对对数学这门学科的要求也不相同,如果数学教学与学生的专业不能很好地结合,那么数学教学在院校教学中就失去了它的作用。因此,在院校数学教学的改革中,必须以所学专业中的所需要的知识为前提进行教学,让学生把所学数学知识运用到所学专业中去。
