[目的]研究侧柏内生真菌菌株G21在不同培养基中发酵产物抑菌活性,并进行鉴定。[方法]利用生长速率法测定抑菌活性,结合形态分类及ITS-18S rDNA序列分析鉴定菌株。[结果]G21在所有不同培养基中的发酵产物对苹果腐烂病菌、白菜黑斑病菌、小麦纹枯病菌及番茄灰霉病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用;G21鉴定为异茎点霉属(Paraphoma),与菊异茎点霉菌(Paraphoma chrysanthemicola)处于同一分支。[结论]G21马丁培养基和淀粉铵盐培养基发酵产物活性值得进一步研究。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antibacterial activity of the endophyte F21 strain G21 in different culture media and to identify it. [Method] The antibacterial activity was determined by growth rate method. The strains were identified by morphological classification and ITS-18S rDNA sequence analysis. [Result] The fermentation products of G21 in all the different media had inhibitory effects to Pharcoides pallidum, Alternaria brassicae, Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea to varying degrees. G21 was identified as Phomopsis phomori ( Paraphoma), on the same branch as Paraphoma chrysanthemicola. [Conclusion] The activity of fermentation products of G21 and SD medium was worth further research.
