本文的目的是介绍光纤制作和材料方面最新资料,重点反映过去六至十二个月里已经实现或报道的研究和发展方面的重大技术进展,在此之前的情况,我已在1977年和1980年发表的评论文章中作了介绍。为了获得新资料,我通过技术参观,参加学术会议以及根据杂志和会议报道收集第一手资料。
The purpose of this article is to provide an update of the latest developments in fiber optics and materials and to highlight important technological advances in research and development that have been achieved or reported in the past six to twelve months. Prior to that, I did in 1977 and 1980 Annotation published in the article was introduced. In order to obtain new information, I collected first-hand information through technical visits, attending academic conferences and according to magazines and conference reports.
