企业信息资源的重要组成部分就是企业档案以及企业年鉴信息。随着市场经济的不断发展,企业改革不断深化,多数大中型企业已经将档案信息管理与企业年鉴编辑工作有效结合,形成档案年鉴信息综合性工作。本文主要就企业档案信息以及企业年鉴信息之间相互补充,相互制约,相互统一以及相互作用关系以及对信息系统的影响进行了分析探讨。
An important part of enterprise information resources is the enterprise file and enterprise yearbook information. With the continuous development of market economy and deepening of enterprise reform, most large and medium-sized enterprises have effectively combined the archival information management and enterprise yearbook editing to form a comprehensive work of archival yearbook information. This paper analyzes and discusses the mutual supplement, mutual restraint, mutual unification and interaction of enterprise archive information and enterprise yearbook information as well as the impact on information system.
