军事航空医学是研究航空环境对人体的影响,保障飞行人员工作能力与身体健康的学科,其研究内容大致可以概括为“人适应机”和“机适应人”两部分。后者主要包括座舱显示控制的人机工效学、座舱环境的卫生学和防护救生装备的生理卫生学。航空防护救生装备医学研究的主要内容为防护救生研制和使用过程中所涉及的医学问题。笔者就航空防护救生装备医学研究的作用、现状和发展的有关问题进行论述。
Military aviation medicine is a discipline that studies the impact of aviation environment on the human body and protects the working ability and health of pilots. Its research content can be broadly summarized as two parts: “human adaptation machine” and “machine adaptation person”. The latter includes ergonomics for cockpit display control, hygiene in the cockpit environment and physiology and hygiene for life-saving equipment. The main contents of medical research on aviation rescue lifesaving equipment are the medical problems involved in the development and use of lifesaving protection. The author discusses the role, status quo and development of aviation protective lifesaving equipment medical research.
