对鄂钢宽厚板厂精轧主传动35kV主开关的合闸、分闸控制及故障进行分析,对主开关合闸、分闸时状态进行监控,更换了可靠性能不稳定的主开关,在程序中增加了抑制大于20ms的弹跳,解决了合闸瞬间跳闸问题。并对主开关过流跳闸问题进行分析,适当提高综合保护过流设定值,确保了重载轧制下主传动设备的安全。
The control of closing and opening of the 35kV main switch of the main rolling mill and the failure of the main rolling mill at the E plate mill are analyzed. The state of the main switch closing and opening is monitored. The main switch with unstable performance is replaced. Increase the inhibition of bounces greater than 20ms, to solve the instantaneous closing tripping problems. The main switch overcurrent tripping problems are analyzed, and the integrated protection over-current settings are appropriately increased to ensure the safety of the main transmission equipment under heavy-load rolling.
