随着经济社会的不断发展和科学技术的进步,图书馆事业趋向于有利于事业发展的方向,机会和挑战同在,但如果墨守成规,就可能遭遇边缘化境地。因此,图书馆必须将创新作为事业发展的首要任务,不断创新服务理念,创新服务方式和拓宽服务内容,为文化发展提供知识信息支撑。文章首先分析了目前传统的信息参考咨询工作存在的不足,然后阐述网络环境下参考咨询服务创新特点,最后根据上述不足提出了创新图书馆参考咨询服务模式途径。
With the continuous development of economy and society and the advancement of science and technology, the library industry tends to favor the development of its career with the same opportunities and challenges. However, if it sticks to the rules, it may encounter marginalization. Therefore, the library must regard innovation as the primary task of its career development, constantly innovating its service concept, innovating its service mode, expanding its service content, and providing knowledge and information support for cultural development. The article first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional reference work of information consulting, and then elaborates the characteristics of reference service innovation in the network environment. Finally, according to the above problems, it puts forward the way of innovation library reference service mode.
