In order to effectively guide the tax office of non-party members to carry out party building work, the party committee of the tax-paying industry in Heilongjiang Province, together with the provincial tax-paying management center, hired 13 party members and cadres as the party-building liaisons in the taxation and taxation service section of the state tax system in each city.
