目的研究语言行为在儿科医患沟通中的重要性。方法选取本院儿科近年诊疗患儿648例,根据医患沟通理念及方法分为对照组320例(普通医患沟通)和研究组328例(强调医患沟通的语言及行为艺术),通过医患纠纷及满意度对比评价语言及行为艺术在儿科医患沟通中的重要性。结果研究组医患纠纷率0.6%,明显低于对照组的3.1%(P<0.05),诊疗满意度上,研究组非常满意度31.4%及总满意度90.5%均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论良好的医患沟通对取得患儿及家属对医生的信任、构建良好医患关系具有重要意义。
Objective To study the importance of language behavior in the communication between pediatric physicians and patients. Methods Sixty-four cases of pediatrics in our hospital were selected for diagnosis and treatment in recent years. According to the concept and method of communication between doctors and patients, 320 cases (general communication between doctors and patients) and 328 cases (emphasizing the language and behavior art of communication between doctors and patients) Disputes and Satisfaction Comparisons Evaluation of the importance of language and performance art in pediatric patient communication. Results The rate of doctor-patient dispute was 0.6% in the study group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.1%, P <0.05). Satisfactory satisfaction was 31.4% in the study group and 90.5% in the total satisfaction group <0.05). Conclusion Good communication between doctor and patient is of great significance for obtaining the trust of doctors and their families and building a good doctor-patient relationship.
