湖北车桥股份有限公司:你公司报送的配股申报材料收悉。根据湖北省证监会《关于报送湖北车桥股份有限公司1998年度配股申报材料的函》(鄂证监函[1998]50号)和《湖北车桥股份有限公司1998年临时股东大会决议》,经审核,现批复如下:一、同意你公司向全体股东配售1248.23万股普通股。其中向国家股股东配售52.13万股,向社会公众股殴东配售1196.1万股。

According to the Circular of Hubei Province CSRC on Submitting 1998 Statements of Stock Allotment for Hubei Axle Co., Ltd. (EZZ [1998] No. 50) and the Resolution of 1998 Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting of Hubei Axle Co., Ltd Audit, is hereby approved as follows: First, I agree with your company allotment of 12,482,300 shares to all shareholders of ordinary shares. Among them, 52.13 million shares were placed to state shareholders and 11.961 million shares were beaten to the public.
