室温下研究了流速和初始浓度对苯甲醇在NAD-150树脂填充的单柱、串联双柱和串联三柱上吸附的影响。结果表明,流速对苯甲醇在不同串联柱上吸附容量的影响不大,而浓度对苯甲醇在不同串联柱上吸附容量的影响较大。在不同串联柱上,苯甲醇的吸附容量均随浓度的增大而显著增大。流速和浓度均对苯甲醇在不同串联柱上吸附的穿透时间和泄漏点时间影响较大,穿透时间和泄漏点时间均随着流速和浓度的增大而显著减少。Yoon-Nelson和Bohart-Adams模型都能较好地拟合苯甲醇在NAD-150填充柱上的穿透曲线,拟合结果表明,穿透时间和计算的泄漏点时间与柱数呈现良好的线性关系。乙醇水溶液对饱和吸附树脂的洗脱率高,洗脱后的树脂重复使用性好。
The effects of flow rate and initial concentration on the adsorption of benzyl alcohol on NAD-150 resin filled single column, tandem double column and tandem triple column were investigated at room temperature. The results showed that the flow rate had little effect on the adsorption capacity of benzyl alcohol on different tandem columns, while the concentration had a significant effect on the adsorption capacity of benzyl alcohol on different tandem columns. On different tandem columns, the adsorption capacity of benzyl alcohol increased significantly with the increase of concentration. Both flow rate and concentration had a significant effect on the breakthrough time and leakage time of benzyl alcohol on different tandem columns, and the breakthrough time and leakage time significantly decreased with the increase of flow rate and concentration. The results of Yoon-Nelson and Bohart-Adams models fit the breakthrough curve of benzyl alcohol on NAD-150 packed column well, and the fitting results show that the breakthrough time and calculated leak time show a good linearity relationship.
