人社部将完善人才评价机制,分类推进职称制度改革,全面实施中小学教师职称制度改革。据了解,我国于2009年启动中小学教师职称制度改革试点,2011年起扩大试点范围。这项改革的重点是将原来独立的中学教师职务系列与小学教师职务系列统一并入新设置的中小学教师职称(职务)系列。在职称等级上,设置从正高级职称到员级5个等级,依次为正高级教师、高级教师、一级教师、二级教师、三级教师,分别与正高、副高、中级、助理、员级相对应,并完善与之相配套的评价标准和办法。
