当前,细菌性杀虫剂在防制双翅目吸血昆虫及传染病媒介方面获得越来越广泛的应用。已经确定,球形芽胞杆菌(BS)制剂对各类吸血蚊幼虫有明显的选择毒性作用,其中以库蚊属最敏感,按蚊属最不敏感,而苏云金杆菌(BT)H-14制剂则对伊蚊属幼虫最有效。研究显示不同细菌性杀虫剂对农业害虫及蚊幼虫有协同作用。而且在某些情况下,应用混合型细菌性杀虫剂可增强30%~40%的杀虫效果。本文目的在于确定不同比例的球形芽胞杆菌及苏云金杆菌制剂对蚊幼虫的协同作用,并选择最佳比例进行现场试验。本实验使用由球形芽胞杆菌制备的球形杆菌杀幼虫剂及由苏云金杆菌制备的杆菌杀虫剂。用实验室饲养的埃及伊蚊三龄幼虫作试验。杀虫剂单独或按不同比例投放水体。每一浓度重复试验3次。用SK_(50),即每立升
