目的建立输配水材料浸泡水中双酚F(bisphenol F,BPF)、双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)和四溴双酚A(2,2’,6,6’-tetrabromobisphenol A,TBBPA)三种双酚类化合物的测定方法。方法将30件输配水材料样品在室温避光条件下超纯水浸泡(24±1)h后,取200 ml浸泡水于C18固相萃取柱进行净化浓缩,采用液相-色谱-质谱(LC-MS-MS)法测定双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A的浓度。结果双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A分别在0.027~333、0.032~333、0.006~333μg/L的线性范围内,所得回归方程均呈较好的线性关系(r≥0.999),检出限分别为8、10、2 ng/L,定量下限分别为27、32、6 ng/L。该方法所得的平均回收率为77.4%~117.0%,RSD为3.9%~17.0%。结论该方法灵敏度高,选择性强,适用于输配水材料浸泡水中双酚类化合物双酚F、双酚A和四溴双酚A的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A (BPF), bisphenol A (BPA) and tris (4,6’-tetrabromobisphenol A, TBBPA) Determination of bisphenol compounds. Methods Thirty samples of water and water distribution materials were immersed in ultrapure water (24 ± 1) h under dark conditions at room temperature. After soaking 200 ml of soaking water in C18 solid phase extraction column for purification and concentration, the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry LC-MS-MS) was used to determine the concentrations of bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A. Results The linear regression equations were obtained for bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A in the linear range of 0.027 ~ 333,0.032 ~ 333,0.006 ~ 333μg / L, respectively (r≥0.999) The detection limits were 8, 10, 2 ng / L, respectively. The lower limit of quantification was 27, 32 and 6 ng / L, respectively. The average recoveries of this method ranged from 77.4% to 117.0% with RSDs ranging from 3.9% to 17.0%. Conclusion The method is sensitive and selective and suitable for the determination of bisphenol F, bisphenol A and tetrabromobisphenol A in water and soaking water.
