尽管到目前为止,幽门螺杆菌(HP)的确切致病机制尚未明了,但HP产生并表达于菌体表面具有酶活性的蛋白,极有可能在HP致病过程中发挥直接或间接作用。探讨上述蛋白酶在感染性疾病中的确切作用,必须首先对蛋白酶进行检测、纯化,进而认识其特性。已初步认识到HP产生的金属蛋白酶是一种Zn~(2+)依赖的同Ca~(2+)螫合的蛋白酶,它表达于HP表面或释放于周围介质中。本文的目的在于探讨金属蛋白酶作为一种毒力因子,在HP致病机制中发挥怎样的作用。
Although the exact pathogenic mechanism of Helicobacter pylori (HP) has not been clarified so far, HP produces and expresses the enzymatically active protein on the cell surface and is likely to exert a direct or indirect role in HP pathogenicity. To explore the exact role of these proteases in infectious diseases, we must first detect and purify the protease and then recognize its characteristics. It has been initially recognized that the HP-produced metalloprotease is a Zn2 + -dependent Ca2 + binding protease expressed on the surface of HP or released in the surrounding medium. The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of metalloproteinases as a virulence factor in the pathogenesis of HP.
