我国开孔封堵工程发展较晚,技术已达到国际先进水平,但开孔封堵工程的质量管理还较薄弱,质量问题屡见不鲜。本文从管道局维抢修分公司开孔封堵工程项目质量控制管理现状分析入手,通过对影响工程质量的因素进行分析,针对存在的质量问题,结合目前工程项目质量控制理论,提出相应的措施和解决方法。
