五、离心铸造机离心铸造机,主要的用来制造生铁水管、铸钢炮筒毛胚、各等轴套毛胚、以及油管等。离心铸造机因其主轴的位置不同,可分为垂直离心铸造机、水平离心铸造机、及斜置(倾斜)离心铸造机。通常以前二种应用最广,兹分别叙述如下: (甲)垂直离心铸造机垂直离心铸造机的主要机件,包括铸模或砂箱、旋转工作台、主轴、传动齿轮及马达。其构造情形如所示。铸模或砂箱系固定于旋转工作台上,而旋转工作台则固定于主轴之上端。主轴的旋转运动,系由马达经过变速齿轮传动而来。当
