在全国上下都在大力构建文化创意产业,提升中国和各区域的文化竞争力之时,陶瓷产业中也不断涌现出各种形式的文化创意项目,项目的落户和立项相比项目的商业运作而言,显得相对简单,对陶瓷文化创意项目商业运作问题的思考也就成为必须面对的问题。本文以陶瓷文化创意项目商业运作相关问题的理论分析入手,结合“哈哈尼”项目进行案例分析,为陶瓷文化创意项目如何进行商业运作提供参考。
While vigorously constructing cultural and creative industries across the country and enhancing the cultural competitiveness of China and other regions, various forms of cultural and creative projects are continuously emerging in the ceramic industry. The settlement and establishment of projects are in contrast to the commercial operation of the projects. However, Words, appears to be relatively simple, thinking on the commercial operation of ceramic cultural and creative projects has become a problem that must be faced. This article starts with the theoretical analysis of the related issues of commercial operation of ceramic cultural and creative projects, and analyzes the case of “hahaney” project to provide reference for how to carry out the commercial operation of ceramic cultural and creative projects.
