用ICP—AES法测定了东莞地区健康青年男女27例头发的Al、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Mg、Mn、Mo、Pb、Sr、Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca等十四种生命微量元素;并与其它地区人体正常值进行比较,以期建立区域性生命微量元素的本底值数据库,并对本地区的微量元素营养水平进行了探讨。
The contents of Al, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Mg, Mn, Mo, Pb, Sr, Zn, Fe, Cu and Ca in hair of 27 healthy young men and women in Dongguan area were measured by ICP- ; Compared with the normal human body in other areas, with the purpose of establishing the database of the background value of regional life trace elements, and discussing the nutrition level of trace elements in this area.
