目的探讨被动吸烟对雄性大鼠精子质量的影响。方法将40只8周龄的雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组,分别为对照组、轻度、中度、重度吸烟组,8周后成功建立大鼠被动吸烟毒性模型,颈椎脱臼处死大鼠,立即取出附睾组织,制成均浆后测定精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率、精子畸形率。结果实验结果表明,三个被动吸烟实验组大鼠的精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率、精子畸形率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雄性大鼠的精子密度、精子存活率、精子活动率随着吸烟量的增大而减少,精子畸形率随着吸烟量的增大而增加。
Objective To investigate the effect of passive smoking on sperm quality in male rats. Methods Forty eight-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, mild, moderate and severe smoking groups. After 8 weeks, the rats were randomly assigned to a passive smoking model. Rats were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, Immediately remove the epididymal tissue, made after homogenization determination of sperm density, sperm motility, sperm motility, sperm deformity rate. Results The experimental results showed that the sperm density, sperm survival rate, sperm motility rate and sperm deformity rate in the three passive smoking groups were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The sperm density, sperm viability and sperm motility of male rats decrease with the increase of smoking amount, and the sperm deformity rate increases with the increase of smoking amount.
