当好班主任,建好先进班集体

班主任作为班级教育教学的组织者、管理者、引领者,担负着协调科任教师、学生家庭、社会教育工作的任务。建好先进班集体,班主任要充分发挥班干部助手的作用,引导班干部形成坚实的团队把班集体管理好、建设好。班主任要关爱每一位学生,尊重每一位学生,使每一个学生都有权利和意愿参与班集体的建设和管理,并分享班集体的荣誉和快乐。只要班主任有心、用心,用真心和细心来建设一个团结勤奋、积极进取、文明和谐的先进班集体,就会得心应手。 As the organizer, manager and leader of class education and teaching, the teacher in charge of a class takes on the task of coordinating subjects as teachers, student families and social education.
