对火灾中受损的钢管混凝土梁柱(CFST)采用单向碳纤维复合材料进行加固并对其进行循环试验测试。试验参数包括横截面类型(圆形或方形)、碳纤维(CFRP)覆盖层数量(1层或2层)和轴向荷载等级(0 ~0·78)。基于试验结果分析了CFRP覆层对构件的极限抗侧强度、弯曲刚度、耗能和梁柱延性的修复效果。试验结果表明,在CFRP的作用下极限抗侧强度、弯曲刚度和延性都有部分提高。然而在目前的试验中所有受损构件的刚度和强度都不能完全被恢复。由于还可以利用其他方式对CFST构件进行修复或加强,以恢复或提高它们的强度或刚度,所以将来的研究可以致力于寻找一种更为合适的方法来修复此类构件。
Damaged CFST columns in fire were reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber composites and tested for cyclic testing. The test parameters include the type of cross section (circular or square), the number of CFRP coverings (1st or 2nd floor) and the axial load rating (0-0.78). Based on the test results, the effect of CFRP coating on the ultimate strength, flexural rigidity, energy dissipation and beam-column ductility of CFRP composite was analyzed. The experimental results show that the ultimate strength, flexural rigidity and ductility of CFRP are partly increased. However, the stiffness and strength of all damaged components in the current test can not be completely restored. As CFST components can also be repaired or strengthened in other ways to restore or enhance their strength or stiffness, future research can seek to find a more appropriate way to repair such components.
