农垦红兴隆分局位于黑龙江省东部,地跨三市七县,人口23.8万,土地面积88.2万公顷,耕地面积40.3万公顷。分局下辖12个现代化国营农场,现有各级各类学校62所,初中教职工1.452人,小学教职工1742人,中小学在校生30 366名。 在分局党委的领导下,全局12个农场均达到了普及九年义务教育和扫除青壮年文盲的指标要求,在1995年通过了省政府验收,提前五年实现了“两基”目标,并被
