HER2基因的定量检测对于乳腺癌的预后与个体化治疗具有十分重要的意义,常规的检测方法存在着一些不尽人意的方面。近几年来,许多新的基因定量技术相继发展起来并被应用于这一检测领域,如实时荧光PCR、多重探针连接扩增技术,实时荧光多重探针连接扩增技术等。现将相关技术的基本原理、应用评价、存在优缺点等方面作一综述,以期对乳腺癌HER2基因定量检测的发展有所帮助。
The quantitative detection of HER2 gene is of great significance for the prognosis and individualized treatment of breast cancer. There are some unsatisfactory aspects of the conventional detection methods. In recent years, many new gene quantification technologies have been developed and applied in this field of detection, such as real-time fluorescence PCR, multiple probe ligation amplification technologies, and real-time fluorescence multiplex probe ligation amplification technologies. Now we will review the basic principles, application evaluation, and the existence of advantages and disadvantages of related technologies in order to help the development of quantitative detection of HER2 gene in breast cancer.
