在试验研究的基础上,建立了热线式空气流量传感器的数学模型。发动机工作时,分别检测出汽油发动机在三种不同转速条件下所排放的CO、NOX和HC,并根据测得的检测参数数据绘制出空气流量信号变化对CO、NOX和HC的工作曲线,从而分别研究了空气流量信号对CO、NOX和HC影响的原因。试验结果表明,在发动机工作过程中,空气流量传感器信号的变化,可检测发动机扭矩、油耗、废气及其它相关参数等,因此可以通过这些参数研究发动机的工作性能。
Based on the experimental research, a mathematical model of hot-wire air flow sensor is established. When the engine is working, the CO, NOX and HC released by the gasoline engine at three different rotational speeds are respectively detected, and the working curves of the changes of the air flow signals to CO, NOX and HC are plotted according to the measured detection parameter data The effects of air flow signals on CO, NOX and HC were studied respectively. The test results show that during the engine operation, the change of air flow sensor signal can detect the engine torque, fuel consumption, exhaust gas and other related parameters, so the performance of the engine can be studied through these parameters.
