在传统英语教学中,由于受国家考试体制的影响,教师过分注重了语法、阅读,而忽视口语教学,使学生缺乏口语交流能力,无法应对真实语言环境。因此,口语教学研究成为外语界热点问题。随着国家对培养高素质技能型人才的重视,对高职学生综合素质培养的重视更为全面。为适应社会需求,高职院校的英语教师渐渐重视对高职学生英语口语能力的培养,同时根据语言习得相关理论,在借鉴他人研究的基础上进一步探索各种不同的课堂口语教学方法和手段。本文结合我院高职学生英语口语能力的实际情况,对高职英语课堂口语教学进行探讨。
In the traditional English teaching, due to the influence of the national examination system, teachers pay too much attention to grammar and reading, while neglecting oral teaching makes students lack the ability of oral communication and can not cope with the real language environment. Therefore, oral teaching research has become a hot issue in foreign language circles. As the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel, the emphasis on the training of students’ comprehensive qualifications is more comprehensive. In order to meet the needs of the society, English teachers in higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the cultivation of oral English ability of higher vocational students. At the same time, based on the related theories of language acquisition, based on the research of others, further explore various oral teaching methods and means. Based on the actual situation of our college students’ oral English ability, this article discusses the oral English teaching in vocational college.
