间质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4在组织损伤后修复过程中扮演重要角色。组织损伤部位SDF-1的分泌增加;骨髓中或外周血中CXCR4~+的组织定向干细胞沿着SDF-1浓度梯度迁移到达受损部位,参与组织的修复和重建。SDF-1还能促进损伤部位血管内皮细胞的成血管作用,为组织的修复提供营养支持。文章就SDF-1-CXCR4轴与组织损伤后修复的研究进展进行综述。
Stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and its receptor CXCR4 play an important role in the repair of tissue injury. The secretion of SDF-1 in the tissue injury site increased. The CXCR4 + -induced tissue-derived stem cells in the bone marrow or peripheral blood migrated along the SDF-1 concentration gradient to reach the damaged site, which involved in tissue repair and reconstruction. SDF-1 can also promote angiogenesis of vascular endothelial cells at the injury site and provide nutritional support for tissue repair. The article reviews the research progress of SDF-1-CXCR4 axis and tissue repair after injury.
