通过对各种直接还原铁生产工艺的分析对比,煤制气竖炉生产工艺是未来我国直接还原铁生产的发展方向。通过对煤制气竖炉还原铁和高炉炼铁生产工艺的能耗分析,还原铁生产工艺的能耗低于高炉炼铁。通过对高炉炼铁+转炉炼钢和煤制气竖炉+电炉炼钢工艺能耗的分析对比,传统的粗钢生产工艺单位产品综合能耗显著低于煤制气竖炉+电炉炼钢生产工艺。在增加废钢添加量到30%时,煤制气竖炉+电炉炼钢工艺在能耗方面优势明显。
Through the analysis and comparison of various direct reduction iron production processes, the production process of coal gas shaft furnace is the development direction of the direct reduction iron production in China in the future.
