目的 :探讨胸中段食管癌的切除途径和方法 ,证实全胸段食管切除治疗胸中段食管癌的可行性。方法 :对全胸段食管切除的 11例胸中段食管癌患者 ,从切缘癌残留、手术时间、生存情况等方面进行对比分析。结果 :11例患者无 1例切缘癌残留 ,1例为多灶性鳞癌 ,手术时间比主动脉弓上吻合平均延长 1小时。结论 :全胸段食管切除可作为胸中段食管癌的常规手术方法
Objective: To investigate the approach and method of resection of esophageal carcinoma in the mid thorax and confirm the feasibility of total esophagectomy in the treatment of middle and upper esophageal cancer. Methods: Thirteen patients with thoracic esophageal cancer who underwent total esophagectomy were analyzed retrospectively on residual tumor, operative time, and survival. Results: None of the 11 patients had residual margin cancer and 1 had multifocal squamous cell carcinoma. The operation time was longer than that of the aortic arch by an average of 1 hour. Conclusion: Full thoracic esophagectomy can be used as a routine surgical method for mid-thoracic esophageal cancer
