针对圆管带式输送机桁架结构特点,提出一种基于数学模型的简化计算方法和有限元仿真分析的协同计算分析方法。通过综合运用节点法和截面法,推导得到桁架结构中各杆件内力的简化计算公式并进行了静力学计算。在此基础上,建立了基于有限元软件ANSYS Workbench的桁架结构模型并进行了数值计算分析,得到了桁架结构在一定载荷下的轴力和位移大小。结果表明,简化计算结果和有限元软件计算结果基本一致,桁架结构强度符合生产要求。简化计算方法和有限元数值分析的协同使用可使桁架结构的设计工作更为高效可靠。
According to the characteristics of the truss structure of circular pipe conveyor, a simplified calculation method based on mathematical model and the method of collaborative calculation and analysis of finite element simulation analysis are proposed. Through the combination of node method and section method, a simplified calculation formula for the internal forces of each member in the truss structure is deduced and statics calculations are made. On this basis, the truss structure model based on the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is established and numerical calculation and analysis are carried out. The axial force and displacement of the truss structure under a certain load are obtained. The results show that the simplified calculation results are basically consistent with those of the finite element software, and the truss structural strength meets the production requirements. The simplified calculation method and the finite element numerical analysis can make the design work of truss structure more efficient and reliable.
