蚕豆属于豆科作物,对硼的需要量仅次于棉花、油菜。在缺硼土壤上对蚕豆喷硼有显著的增产效果。据我县试验:土壤有效硼含量为0.256ppm,在蚕豆蕾、花期间喷硼两次,比对照(不喷硼)每亩增产15.1—51.5斤,平均每亩增产31斤,增产率为14%,增产幅度为6.5—23.1%;每亩除去成本费0.35元,净增收入4.61元。施硼后考察其产量结构有如下变化:单株结荚平均增加0.03个,百粒重提高0.38克,单荚粒数平均多0.1粒。可见蚕豆喷硼是一项投资小,花工少,
