2007年8月25日,黑龙江省嫩江县女子代义离奇死在家中,司法机关随后作出“药物中毒死亡”的鉴定结论。面对胞妹的离奇死亡,代力不惜“以身试药”。代义案再次引发了人们对法医鉴定的关注。法医鉴定究竟应该在实现司法公正的过程中扮演何种角色,如何赢得民众的信任,一时间引发热议。
