一、工程概况 大连远洋大厦工程总建筑面积13.98万m~2,是一座集宾馆、餐饮、购物、观光、娱乐、健身、办公等于一体的综合性智能化大厦。 本工程由A座、B座两栋塔楼组成,地下均为4层。其中A座地上5l层,高度为200.8m,结构形式:内为钢骨混凝土芯筒一外为钢结构框架;B座地上29层,高度为115m,钢筋混凝土框筒结构。本工程钢构件总件数为5907件,总用钢量为6100t。本工程首次实现了超高层钢结构工程国内设计、使用国内规范、使用国产钢材、钢构件国内加工制作、国内总承包承建的全过程国产化。

The total number of steel members of the project is 5907, the total amount of steel is 6100t. This project has realized the domestic design of super high-rise steel structure project for the first time, domestic standardization, domestication of domestically made general contracting and construction using domestically produced steel and steel components.
