Liu Renjing, a representative of the Communist Party of China, made contributions to China’s anti-imperialist and anti-feudal democratic revolution. The Fourth Congress of the Communist International was held in Petrograd on November 5, 1922, and continued in Moscow from November 9 to December 5, for a total of 32 meetings. 408 delegates from 58 countries attended the meeting.
