随着社会的发展与经济的高度增长,我们迎来了一个崭新的时代。尤其是在我国加入WTO以后,国内经济一再高涨,也渐渐融入一个全球化的经济环境中,随之而来的国内竞争乃至国际竞争都十分激烈。企业要想谋求长远发展,就必须不断提高人力资源管理的水平,这对企业来说是至关重要的。而在我国目前的中小型企业此起彼伏之时,各企业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈,因此,在人力资源管理上下功夫无疑是上乘之举。在我国现有的中小型企业里,人力资源管理上仍处于起步和探索阶段,在落实方面还存在着一些问题,这些问题一旦恶化,将很有可能导致中小型企业的健康发展,所以在落实中小型企业的人力资源管理职能上必须势在必行。在本文中,将以推动国内经济的中小型企业为主,来进一步探讨人力资源管理现状、补救建议以及落实的措施。
With the social development and economic growth, we have ushered in a brand new era. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic economy has been rising again and again and has gradually merged into a globalized economic environment. The domestic competition and even the international competition that followed have been very fierce. Enterprises seeking long-term development, we must continuously improve the level of human resources management, which is crucial for the enterprise. However, as the current small and medium-sized enterprises in our country come and go, the competition among enterprises is also intensified. Therefore, it is undoubtedly a superior measure in human resources management. In the existing small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, human resource management is still in its infancy and exploration stage. There are still some problems in its implementation. If these problems worsen, it will most likely lead to the sound development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, The human resources management functions of SMEs must be imperative. In this article, we will focus on the small and medium-sized enterprises that promote the domestic economy to further explore the status quo of human resources management, remedial suggestions and measures to be implemented.
