企业培训能否取得较高的投资回报率取决于企业培训管理体系的完备性及其运行的有效性,面对企业职工培训中存在的问题,国有企业应该重新审视自己的培训模式。本文笔者认为,依托校企合作,根据企业发展需要选择合适的培训模式是做好企业职工培训的有效途径。作者通过分析当前企业培训过程中存在的问题,结合我国有企业传统的员工培训实践经验和现阶段我国有企业实际特点,对校企合作下的企业职工培训模式提出一种思路和方法。本研究成果对制造企业职工培训有借鉴意义。
Whether enterprise training can achieve a higher rate of return on investment depends on the completeness of the enterprise training management system and the effectiveness of its operation. Facing the problems existing in the training of enterprise staff, state-owned enterprises should re-examine their own training mode. In this paper, I believe that, relying on school-enterprise cooperation, according to the needs of business development, select the appropriate training model is an effective way to do a good job of enterprise staff training. Based on the analysis of the current problems in the process of enterprise training, combined with the practical training of employees in traditional Chinese enterprises and the actual characteristics of enterprises in our country at the present stage, the author puts forward a kind of train of thought and method for the training mode of enterprise staff under the cooperation of schools and enterprises. The results of this research have reference significance to the training of workers in manufacturing enterprises.
