为了进一步在维护不动产交易秩序、保护债权人利益,我国《物权法》确立了预告登记制度。该制度是指当事人在物权变动条件欠缺或尚未具备时,为保全不动产物权变动请求权而提前进行的登记。预告登记制度在我国作为一项新制度,仍有一定不完善之处,本文将对该制度理论进行研究,并初步探索进一步完善预告登记制度的途径和方案。
In order to further safeguard the order of real estate transactions and protect the interests of creditors, China’s “Property Law” has established a pre-registration system.
