依托江西永武高速公路实体工程,采用重庆交通大学研制的沥青混凝土路面热反射涂层材料,根据材料性质提出相应的机械化施工流程,首次在国内排水性沥青混凝土路面中进行了施工应用,并对施工后沥青混凝土路面降温效果和渗水性能进行评价。研究发现,热反射涂层路面较普通沥青混凝土路面在晴天时可降低路表温度8℃左右;洒布后路面排水性有一定程度降低,但仍能满足规范需求。
Based on the physical engineering of Yong-Wu Expressway in Jiangxi Province, the heat-reflective coating material of asphalt concrete pavement developed by Chongqing Jiaotong University was adopted. Corresponding mechanized construction process was put forward according to the material properties. The construction application was carried out for the first time in domestic drainage asphalt concrete pavement. After cooling effect of asphalt concrete pavement and water seepage performance evaluation. The study found that heat-reflective coating pavement can reduce the surface temperature about 8 ℃ in sunny days when compared with common asphalt concrete pavement. After draining, the drainage of pavement is reduced to a certain extent, but it still meets the standard requirements.
